We offer a flexible subscription package to make sure that you always get the right amount of food or treats that you need. You can cancel, pause, skip or change your subscription at any time. You can do this three ways:

1. Find your last subscription email and press the 'view my subscription' button. This will then take you to your subscription and give you access to edit it. 
2. Create an account with Fleetful. You can edit your subscription through our online portal. 
3. Email us on hello@fleetful.co.uk - this suits more complicated edits :) 

• Simply follow the recipe card enclosed to make your own dog food. Add the protein powder to cooked veggies. Make the supplement mixture and add to cooled cooked food. This will make 100% balanced, fresh food for your dog. 
• We are sharing YouTube how-to videos on our channel. 
• For best practice hints and tips, please visit this page. 

• With any new diet, it is important to introduce slowly and mixing old and new foods. We recommend a one-week period of gradually introducing more and more starting from a 80/20 ratio.
• If your dog is not already plant-based, they may experience changes to their stools at first. Our recipe is vet formulated but if you have any concerns at all, please consult your veterinarian or let us know if you would like to speak to a vegan vet.

• Some people prefer to give a nutritional 'boost' by feeding 50/50 with other foods.

• These are to be fed in addition to a balanced diet
• Although nutrient-dense, always feed treats in moderation to avoid weight gain

• Dogs differ in so many ways (age, breed, activity level etc). 
• We offer guidelines on our product pages and on the recipe cards.
• Please keep an eye on your dog's weight and adjust the amount given accordingly. 

Please note that we offer guidance on 'portion' sizes for each dog food kit. This is because the amount of water used in each cook will vary from person to person so weight cannot be used.
